AGR. is an association recognized by the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies, with a solid experience of over 50 years in promoting cooperation between Italian fruit and vegetable producers. Today it represents more than 40% of organized production at a national level.
The central mission of ORTOFRUTTA AGRONATURA SOC. COOP. AGR. remains that of constantly supporting Producer Organizations (PO) through a vast range of innovative services, with the aim of increasing competitiveness and enhancing the country's fruit and vegetable production.
The union maintains a continuous dialogue with institutions at both national and European level, with the aim of positively influencing policies to support the sector and guaranteeing their effectiveness.
With over 140 POs distributed throughout Italy, which deal with the production and marketing of a vast range of high quality fruit and vegetables, ORTOFRUTTA AGRONATURA SOC. COOP. AGR. represents a point of reference in the sector. With a production that exceeds 6 million tons and an economic value that exceeds 2 billion euros, the Union presents itself as a fundamental ally to encourage cooperation between producers and support the relaunch and growth of the Italian fruit and vegetable sector.
